Full interview transcript:
Interviewer: Do I have permission to record this meeting?
BH: As long as you erase it later. I just don’t want to be archived for future generations to cancel me.
Interviewer: Of course. I understand. First question -- do you believe in astrology? Why/why not?
BH: I mean, of course. You know, who doesn’t? There are great astrologers like Carl Sagan -- these are people who really helped our understanding of astrology quite a bit. You know, as somebody once said: “I’ve only seen as far as I have because I stand on the shoulders of giants,” and I think these astrology giants are the biggest of them all. So, people who believe in astrology are the tallest. They can see things coming -- dust storms, hurricanes, rhinos -- the things that threaten us most.
Interviewer: Do you identify with the traits of your star sign?
BH: Yes! Scaly, slippery, use of gills. That glassy, dead-eyed look (especially before coffee). Yes, I definitely identify with that.
Interviewer: Do you think there are misconceptions about Pisces?
BH: Well, some people think that we’re mammals? But we’re fish. I think they confuse us with dolphins sometimes. We’re not that. This kind of assumption has real-world consequences. I just think it’s important for those fish to have a voice.
Interviewer: Do you pay attention at all to astrological compatibility?
BH: Yes. It really matters. If I find out that someone is a Leo, then I know I have to be wary. But Gemini? Then I think I’m ok.
Interviewer: Interesting, that’s an unpopular opinion.
BH: Well, that’s because people don’t know. My former dog Rufus was a Gemini, and we had a pretty deep connection, so from that point on, I began to see Gemini in a different light.
Interviewer: Thank you so much for this interview!
BH: Of course! I’m all about the science. To me, astrology is really the best science that we have for predicting the future.
