This screams tourist outfit. maybe you're in cold weather for the first time? The brown vest and crossbody purse makes this outfit truly pop. In fact, this picture reminds me of what my grandmother would wear on a chilly winter day.

Although I am rating outfits, this power stance you are making really pulls this photo together for me. You seem experienced, powerful, boss-like. The outfit isn't bad, but the pose overshadows the khaki pants and floral blouse juxtaposition. Generally, I'm just not blown away.

Now this, THIS is fashion at its finest. I love everything about this outfit, and I would wear it all in a heartbeat. The pose, the attitude, the shows, the smile, I could not be more impressed.

I am really loving with the color coordination of this outfit. The 'Horses make me Happy' shirt is definitely a stylistic choice, just not a choice I would personally make. However, I do applaud you for wearing such a straightforward statement piece. No one will misinterpret what that shirt says. Horses make you happy. I like the assertiveness.
