If you have been living under a rock, or you simply don't go to Westridge, each year of AP Biology, the class creates a "Cell Campaign" during which partners will campaign for a cellular organelle to popularize around campus. During the pandemic, it was difficult to officially endorse the candidates virtually. However, now that we are in person, Thursday Detention would like to officially announce our political endorsement of the Mitochondria. We believe our literary values align with the powerhouse of the cell as we pride ourselves on our determination, double membranes, strength. 

We hope our endorsement will lead you to the right path of wisdom. Vote Mitochondria for a more energized 2022!
